
Over the past 15 years or so, John has appeared as an advocate in more than 50 cases in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, in which he has argued a wide range of issues including: employment status, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, race discrimination, sex discrimination, maternity rights, disability discrimination, breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages, and unjustifiable discipline by a trade union.
